Add Request table to Ramp Connector

Table name: unified_request (Ramp calls these "Requests" in the UI; the API object is UnifiedRequest)

Additional details: The request object holds the approval workflow, which is the data finance teams report on: request status (DRAFT, PENDING, APPROVED, REJECTED), submitted_at, approved_at, rejected_at, request_duration, created_by_user, owner, coordinator, payee, entity, spend program, amount and total amount, spend frequency, spend start and end dates, request type (PURCHASE_ORDER, SPEND_ALLOCATION, PROCUREMENT_SPEND_ALLOCATION, APPROVAL_ONLY, TRAVEL), and links to the resulting purchase order or spend limit.

Thank you for the request. We have added the Request table to our feature backlog for the Ramp connector, and we are currently reviewing the technical feasibility of this addition. We will keep you and Susanna updated on this thread as we make progress.
