Add creative dimensions (creativeName, creativeTemplateName) to Criteo Retail Media line-item report
AnsweredConnector name:
Criteo Retail Media — connection criteo_retail_media_74_edg_mix_in_criteo_api_v3_umvhcm6qnu
Table name: report_line_item (and report_campaign if the same dimensions are supported there)
Column to add:
- creative_name (API dimension creativeName)
- creative_template_name (API dimension creativeTemplateName)
- creative_id, creative_template_id, creative_type_name
API documentation link:
https://developers.criteo.com/retail-media/docs/metrics-and-dimensions
Endpoint: https://developers.criteo.com/retail-media/reference/generateasynclineitemsreport
Additional details:
We use this connection to feed marketing mix modelling and need to break onsite display spend out by ad format. Criteo's UI Onsite Display Report has an "Ad Format" column; the
connector's report_line_item table currently has no equivalent — its schema stops at line_item_id, adv_product_*, page_type_name, campaign_type_name, with no creative-level
dimension at all.
Criteo's documentation lists creativeTemplateName as "Creative template name, (also referred as Ad Format)", plus creativeName, creativeId, creativeTemplateId and
creativeTypeName.

Hi Nicholas,
Thank you for the detailed request on creative-level dimensions for Criteo Retail Media. We have added this to our active backlog and confirmed that Criteo's reporting API does expose creative-level fields alongside the existing line item report. Could you tell us more about how you plan to use the ad format breakdown, and whether you need this at the campaign level as well as the line item level? We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.
Best,
Syead Mujtaba Imam Rizwi
