Add paper_pdf_location field to ShipHero Connector Schema

Additional details:
ShipHero's GraphQL API returns paper_pdf_location alongside pdf_location, thermal_pdf_location, and image_location on the LabelResource object (referenced by ShippingLabel). Our current sync only appears to bring in some of these label fields, and paper_pdf_location is missing. This field is important to us because it's the direct link to the paper-format shipping label PDF, which we rely on for warehouse printing and order fulfillment reconciliation. Without it, we have to make separate manual API calls outside of Fivetran to retrieve this value, which adds friction to our workflow.

We'd really appreciate it if this field could be added to the relevant table in a future release. Happy to provide more context or sample queries if useful.

    Thank you for flagging the missing paper_pdf_location field on the shipment shipping label table. We have added this to our active backlog and confirmed the field is available alongside the other label location fields already synced. Could you share a bit more about your warehouse printing workflow and how you currently work around this gap? We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.

    Thanks for the update.

    Regarding the paper_pdf_location field, this is required as part of our shipment and shipping label data to retain the location/reference of the paper PDF label generated for a shipment.

    Our warehouse workflow relies on the shipping label information associated with each shipment. We use the label location fields downstream to identify and access the appropriate shipping label when processing and reviewing shipments.

    Currently, the paper_pdf_location field is available in ShipHero at the source, but it is not being synced through the connector. As a result, we are missing this specific label location information in our downstream data, even though other label location fields are available.

    We would therefore like paper_pdf_location to be exposed in the existing shipment_shipping_label table along with the other label location fields.

    This would allow us to maintain the complete shipping-label information from ShipHero and avoid having to rely on workarounds or manually retrieve this information from the source.

    Please let us know if you need any additional examples or details regarding the warehouse workflow.
