Expose Order Tags in ShipHero Connector
AnsweredConnector name: ShipHero
Table name: Orders
Column to add: tags
API documentation link: Order | ShipHero GraphQL API
Additional details:
We would like to request that the tags field from the ShipHero Orders API be exposed in the Fivetran orders table.
We have verified directly through the ShipHero GraphQL Orders API that tags is available on the Order object and returns the order-level tags as an array of values.
Order Tags are important for our reporting and order-level analysis because they provide additional categorization and operational context for each order. We need this information to accurately reproduce and extend our order and shipping reports in BigQuery.
Currently, the tags information is available through the ShipHero API but is not available in the Fivetran-synced orders table.
Requested change: Please expose the existing Order.tags field from the ShipHero API in the Fivetran orders table, preserving the available tag values rather than requiring any additional transformation

Hi Vishal,
Thank you for the request to expose order tags in the ShipHero connector. We have added this to our active backlog and confirmed the tags field is available on the source Orders data. Could you share more about how you use order tags today, for example, whether they map to specific fulfillment or sales channel categories? We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.
Best,
Syead Mujtaba Imam Rizwi
