The Packer Name is a critical shipment-level field for our reporting and operational tracking. We use it to identify the employee responsible for packing each shipment and to maintain accurate accountability at the shipment level.

We are building Monthly Shipping Reports from the data synced by Fivetran, and the Packer Name is required to accurately reproduce the corresponding ShipHero shipment report. It is also important for operational analysis, employee-level shipment tracking, auditing, and shipment reconciliation.

Currently, the shipment table provides the user_id associated with the shipment, but the corresponding user first name and last name are not available in the shipment table. Without the user's first and last name, we cannot reliably populate a usable packer_name directly from the shipment record.

The line_item_pick table does contain user_id, user_first_name, and user_last_name, but these represent the user at the line-item pick level and do not reliably correspond to the shipment-level Packer Name shown in ShipHero's reporting.

Therefore, we need the shipment-level packing user information to be exposed through the Fivetran connector, including:

• Packer User ID
• Packer First Name
• Packer Last Name
• Associated Shipment ID

This is required so that we can accurately populate the Packer Name for each shipment in our Monthly Shipping Reports and avoid incorrectly attributing shipments to the wrong employee.
