Columns to Add:

EMPLOYEE

  • EMPLTYPE_ID
  • EMPLTYPE_RAW
  • HOME_SHIFT
  • EMPLTYPE_NAME
  • LABORACCTID

LABOR

  • PLAN_ID
  • EMPLTYPE_ID

PERIOD

  • PERIODTYPE_ID

Request Description

We have identified that the following columns are currently missing from the UKG Pro WFM data being ingested through the Fivetran connector. These additional fields are required for reporting, workforce analytics, and downstream data consumption.

Please evaluate and enable the following columns in the connector extraction/synchronization process:

  • EMPLOYEE: EMPLTYPE_ID, EMPLTYPE_RAW, HOME_SHIFT, EMPLTYPE_NAME, LABORACCTID
  • LABOR: PLAN_ID, EMPLTYPE_ID
  • PERIOD: PERIODTYPE_ID

Kindly review the connector configuration and add support for these columns so that they are available in the target warehouse.

Business Impact: Missing employee type, labor account, planning, shift, and period type attributes are limiting reporting and analytics capabilities within the workforce data model.

Priority: Urgent

    This operation returns extension data associated with a person record, including employee, timekeeping, scheduling, device, and accrual extensions.

    Please let me know if this is the relevant information you are looking for. If the Person Additional Fields you need are not returned through this endpoint, I can continue investigating the specific Pro WFM equivalent for the data previously stored in PERSONCSTMDATATXT.
