Add Impact Performance Report data (Raw Clicks, Other Cost) to connector schema
AnsweredConnector name: Impact (Impact Brand)
Table name: New table needed — suggest PERFORMANCE_REPORT (or similar), sourced from Impact's Reports / ReportExport API. Current connector only syncs ACTION_EVENT, ACTION_INQUERY, ACTION_LOCKING, CONTRACT, INVOICE, JOB, NOTE, PHONE_NUMBER, PROMO_CODE — no click or cost/performance report data.
API documentation link: https://integrations.impact.com/agency-v3/reference/reportexport/migrate-to-reportexport (shows OtherCost/Other Cost field in live API response) and https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/performance-reports-for-brands/performance-by-day-report plus https://help.impact.com/other/reference-documentation/understanding-clicks (define Raw Clicks)
Additional details:
Column to add:
— raw_clicks: "Raw Clicks" metric in Impact's Performance reports (Performance by Day/Month/Partner) — "the total number of clicks tracked," including repeated clicks, as opposed to unique/payable clicks
— other_cost: OtherCost field, returned directly in Impact's Reports/ReportExport API response alongside ActionCost, ClickCost, CPCCost, TotalCost (TotalCost = ActionCost + ClickCost + OtherCost)
Note: both fields exist in Impact's source data but via the Reports/ReportExport endpoint (and Raw Clicks specifically via the Clicks endpoint or Performance reports), which this connector doesn't currently ingest. This may require adding a new report-based sync to the connector rather than a single column.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for the detailed request. We have added this to our active backlog and will look to build a new report entity that would surface the Raw Clicks and Other Cost metrics you described. Could you share a bit more about how you plan to use Raw Clicks alongside Other Cost? That will help us scope the right level of detail for the new table. We will keep this thread updated as we make progress.
Thanks,
Sanjeevv Maniram.
