If AdaptDDL drops a table from a channel and it is not added back, hvr_table is the only place where that removal is recorded, with delete_tstamp showing when it happened. hvr_event and hvr_event_result do not store who removed the table from the channel, so that information does not appear in the event tab in HVR either.

Capturing this in hvr_event or hvr_event_result, and therefore in the event tab in hvr, would make it easier for users to audit what happened on channels. Another option would be to add a new column to hvr_table to track who deleted the table; it would also be useful to know who inserted it.
