Rollback sync window for the Amazon DSP connector
AnsweredThe Amazon DSP connector syncs report tables incrementally with no rollback window — rows are captured ~2 days after their report date and never re-fetched. Amazon DSP conversions use a 14-day attribution window, so frozen day-2 values permanently understate conversion and sales metrics — in our connection a manual re-sync raised a mature month's total sales by +92%. Since Amazon retains DSP report data for only ~95 days, anything not re-synced in time can never be corrected.
Please add a rollback sync for Amazon DSP like the Amazon Ads connector's attribution-window-based rollback (30 days would cover the attribution period).
