At Dexcom, we rely heavily on SAML and Fivetran Teams.  We are exploring implementation of Activations, but the lack of SAML / Fivetran Teams support -- with in-application Activation Workspaces as the current capability -- is a definite negative that means we will explore  competitive reverse ETL offerings, which align to our stance on Enterprise security and privacy, in which groups and group membership are managed centrally.
