Additional details:

We would like to request feature support for the shipment box fields box_id, box_name, and box_code in the ShipHero connector.

These fields are important for shipment-level reporting, fulfillment analytics, and downstream integrations, as they enable us to identify the packaging used for each shipment. This information is valuable for operational reporting, auditing, and packaging analysis.

During our investigation with Fivetran Support (Case #402382), it was confirmed that these fields are already returned by the ShipHero Orders GraphQL API within the nested shipping_labels object. However, they are not currently mapped to the ShipHero connector's destination schema. For reference, we have attached the relevant confirmation from the support team.

Since this information is already available in the source API, we kindly request that these fields be added to the existing shipment_shipping_label table (or another appropriate destination table). Exposing these fields through the standard connector would provide more complete shipment data, eliminate the need for customers to build and maintain separate custom integrations solely to retrieve shipment box information, and further enhance the reporting and analytics capabilities of the ShipHero connector.
