Add commas to all numbers displayed on the dashboard and connector screens for ehanced readability.

Please add commas to all numbers displayed on the dashboard and connector screens. 

Example: on the connector screen it shows how many MARs we've incurred per month. It looks something like this "264826829 paid MAR (this month)".

Displaying the number like 264,826,829 would be much easier to read with a quick glance.
