    Hi Amanda,

    Thank you for the request.

    We have confirmed that ActiveCampaign exposes the contact-level click and open data needed for this, so the question for us is how to retrieve it efficiently at scale. To help us size that: roughly how many contacts are in your ActiveCampaign account, and how far back do you need engagement history to go? Volume is the main factor in how we design this, so those two numbers would genuinely help.

    Hello - 

    Thanks for your patience in my reply, this comment got lost in my thread. We have approximately 306,000 contacts in Active Campagin and it would be helpful to receive email engagement history as far back as August 2025. Please let me know if this would increase the build time substantially. 
     
    We need this data ASAP. We'd prefer to use Fivetran here, but will need to make a custom pipeline if Fivetran is unable to provide. I need to be able to socialize a timeline and decision this week.
