Additional details: Currently repositories in GitHub that are deleted are not detected as removed and left orphaned. We would like to have those repositories removed if deleted and related tables updated via automatic update or a manual trigger to reset only those entities. Our initial sync took weeks, resyncing the entire connection is not viable as a workaround. If there is another route we can pursue, let us know.
