Add Request Type Field

We have a requirement that requested the inclusion of the 'Request Type' field (Field ID: customfield_10010) in the Jira dataset in Snowflake crucial for reporting and categorization.

Is this something that can be added to jira__issue_enhanced transformation? If not, can you please assist how we can achieve this from the existing source?

    Hi Robert, thanks for reaching out with this feature request.

    Adding the 'Request Type' field to jira__issue_enhanced is possible: add that field to the "Issue Field History Columns" variable on the Settings tab, save, and it'll flow through on the next run.
