Add Proxy Agent configuration to FTP connections

Which destination?:

Additional details:

We would like request an enhacenment for the FTP connection: to include an option for Proxy Agents like for the Oracle connections, as for FTP it's currently not supported by the Fivetran SaaS: 

This has already blocked any progress in that data connection for more than 1 month.

    Hi Pablo,

    Thank you for submitting this request. Would our Hybrid Deployment model meet your needs or are you looking for Proxy Agent support in particular? Also, are you open to using the SFTP connector instead where we already support Hybrid Deployment, or is this is a third party FTP server?

    Hi Parmeet, 

    Yes, we have already considered using both Hybrid and HVR approaches. None of them have solved the FTP issues.

    We are already using a SFTP connection that works fine. However, the FTP is a different connection and it has been blocked due to the previous statements, hence why we kindly requested to have this enhacenment implemented.
