    Hi Jose,

Thank you for the feature request to simplify Apple Search Ads setup.

I'm not following the part about the configuration being per account and ending up with multiple connections. The connector's default sync mode is "Sync All Organizations," which calls Apple's ACLS endpoint to automatically discover and sync every organization your API user has access to within a single connection. If your API user already has access to multiple orgs, you shouldn't need separate connections or manual per-org setup.

Can you elaborate on this part of the issue? Alternatively, we can discuss live on an upcoming weekly sync.

On the part of your ask that's about simplifying setup, avoiding the API Account Manager role and the manual public-key upload, thanks for flagging this. It's not very well documented, but it appears that Apple does offer a lighter-weight "secure Apple sign-in" authorization flow for third-party integrations, where an Account Admin can grant access by signing in with their Apple ID, with no invited API user or key pair required (Apple Campaign Management API docs). Our connector doesn't currently support this flow, so I've filed an internal feature ticket to investigate enabling it.

This sign-in flow appears to be gated behind an Apple partner program rather than something any developer can self-serve, so I can't promise a timeline for when we'll be able to offer it. I'll make sure the team is aware of the demand from your account as they evaluate it.

    Cheers, Luke
