Lucca | Add compensation objects

Connector name:Lucca
Table name: FIXED_ITEM (base salary, /remuneration/api/fixed-items) and VARIABLE_ITEM (variable pay, /remuneration/api/variable-items). Both objects link to a work contract via workContractId (technically an amended work contract, workContractId + amendmentId) in the Lucca Compensation API, which should map to the WORK_CONTRACT table Fivetran already syncs.

Additional details:
We are requesting that the connector add the Compensation API objects: fixed items (base salary) and variable items (bonuses and variable pay). Both already link to the employee through the work_contract object you sync today, via workContractId. This data is essential for our customers to run headcount cost analysis and payroll forecasting, and without it the Lucca connector cannot support any compensation use case.
