Support Data Packager/Request Auto Population Tool
We think a tool that runs on the hub which collects and exports the necessary data/config files/logs for an SR, which can then be uploaded to the SR would be very helpful. It would expedite support requests and limit back and forth. Additional consideration for a button or option on (for example) the channel view, that would allow the creation and auto population of a support ticket with the necessary info (hub OS, source OS, etc.) and packaged data/config files/logs mentioned above.
