SAP Successfactors
AnsweredConnector name: SAP SuccessFactors
Table name: FODivision
Column to add: BusinessUnit
Comments from the Support Ticket (#396576) I raised
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The team shared that we currently don't have a column to join: Division and Business Unit.
There is no additional table to ingest or a setting to enable it.
- SuccessFactors instances model this relationship in two ways: a standard field on FODivision (businessUnitFlx) or a delivered association (cust_toBusinessUnit). Your instance uses the association.
- Their API responses never contain businessUnitFlx, so that column was never created in the destination.
- The connector does not fetch the cust_toBusinessUnit association, so only a deferred pointer syncs into the JSON column custom_cust_to_business_unit.

Hi Dzivi,
Thank you for the detailed report. We have added this to our active backlog to add a Business Unit relationship to the FODivision table. We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.
Thanks,
Sanjeevv
