Update Talkdesk Connector Documentation with Minimum Required OAuth Scopes

The current Talkdesk connector setup guide instructs customers to grant all Talkdesk OAuth scopes.
During implementation, our security review required a least-privilege approach. After discussions with Fivetran Support and Fivetran's internal team, the following reduced scope set was reviewed and determined to be sufficient for the connector:
It would be helpful if the Talkdesk connector documentation included:
- The minimum required OAuth scopes.
- A distinction between required and optional scopes.
- An explanation for any non-read scopes that are required (for example,
data-reports:write,record-lists:manage, anddo-not-call-lists:manage). - A mapping between connector objects/tables and required Talkdesk APIs/scopes where possible.
This would help customers operating under least-privilege security requirements and reduce implementation effort.
