Apparently this is non-functional if Jira/Tempo data is held outside of the US?

If your Tempo/Jira tenancy is hosted outside the US:
You can proceed to raise a Feature Request in our feature request portal. By doing this, you will be able to engage directly with the product team (who are the decision makers on these issues), and other customers will be able to vote on it to increase its priority.

    Hi Ryan,
    Yes, this is currently a limitation we have on the connector, and we are working to make changes and support this. Would you be willing to test this out once we are ready with changes on our end?

    Yes please - is the current status that non-US held data cannot use the Tempo connector at all?
