Add referrers object to Greenhouse v3 connector

Additional details:

The Greenhouse v3 connector currently exposes application_v_3.referrer_id, but does not expose the corresponding referrers entity.

According to the Greenhouse Harvest API documentation, application_v_3.referrer_id references a Referrer record, not a Greenhouse user. Without the referrers table, it is impossible to correctly resolve the relationship from an application to the referring user:

application_v_3.referrer_id → referrers.id → referrers.user_id → users_v_3.id

    Hi Or,

    Thank you for flagging this gap. We have added this to our active backlog to bring in the referrers table so the application-to-referrer relationship can be resolved end to end.  We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.
