We'd like to have a historical worker allowance plan that lets us track and manage employee allowances over time. This will help us track employee allowance changes throughout their employment by allowance_plan_code, so that we can keep an accurate history. It would help us provide a clear historical record of allowance changes without overwriting previous data.
Allowance plan is considered part of employee’s overall compensation and just like worker salary history, it should be available for evaluation on over time basis. We use that information for compliance and equity evaluation.
