Add US State-Level Data Region Breakdown

Additional details:

Currently, data is available only at the country level (US). For our reporting and analytics, we need the ability to break down data by individual US states rather than viewing all US data as a single region.

This enhancement would allow us to:

  • Build more accurate regional reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze performance and usage trends at the state level.
  • Better support business decisions that depend on geographic segmentation within the US.

State-level granularity would significantly improve the value of the data for organizations operating across multiple US states.

    Hi Lidija,

    Thank you for your feature request!

    Looks like the geographic breakdown by region (which resolves to individual US states) is available through the Outbrain Amplify API's performance reporting endpoint. That's the same endpoint the connector uses to sync the geolocation_report table.

    I've created an internal feature improvement ticket to add this region-level breakdown to the Fivetran Outbrain connector. While I can't provide a specific timeline, your request has been logged and will be considered in our prioritization process.

    I'll follow up on this thread when I have an update. Thank you for helping us improve the Outbrain connector!
