Add Salesforce Fivetran Formula Model

Want to add Salesforce Fivetran Formula Model to salesforce connection with SFDC_API_FIVETRAN destination (GCS / Managed Data Lake Service). 

Currently setup for our other salesforce connection with verkada-marketing-ops destination (BigQuery)

    Hi John, thanks for reaching out with this feature request to support the Salesforce formula field models with GCS/MDLS.

    This is something we're currently working on supporting within the Quickstart product. I'll share more once we have full support. In the meantime, the underlying dbt_salesforce_formula_utils package (as of v0.12.0)  supports MDLS destinations and can be used within a dbt project to model the formula fields.
