Terraform provider schema config

The [schema config](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/fivetran/fivetran/latest/docs/resources/connector_schema_config) resource is in the alpha stage, preventing us from using it confidently in production.
We currently have to work around this by using the API provider.
When will this resource be stable?

Hi Goncalo,
This is Ryan, the PM for Terraform at Fivetran. We're actually working on replacing this resource with a v2 version. We should have it out in the next couple of months. Once we have that out we'd recommend migrating to that resource. I'll follow up here when we have it released.Best,
