ISSUE MESSAGES is not respecting syncs

Which connector?: Pylon

 

Additional details: I've been talking to Fivetran's support, but the gist is that ISSUE_MESSAGE is not syncing when I sync (hourly) but just once a week. This is not good as I migrated to Fivetran because I wanted to get non-stale data and I'm getting slower data than before (I was using a custom script). What can be done about this? It shouldn't be that hard (I solved it with a simple Python script to get all issue messages)

    Thank you for raising this. We have added this to our active backlog. The sync frequency for ISSUE_MESSAGES is something we want to improve. I would love to understand more about your use case — is hourly sync the threshold you need, or do you require near-real-time updates? This will help us understand the right solution.
