Which connector?: Pylon

Additional details: I've been talking to Fivetran's support, but the gist is that ISSUE_MESSAGE is not syncing when I sync (hourly) but just once a week. This is not good as I migrated to Fivetran because I wanted to get non-stale data and I'm getting slower data than before (I was using a custom script). What can be done about this? It shouldn't be that hard (I solved it with a simple Python script to get all issue messages)
