AnsweredThere have been instances where MAR data fails to upload from local hub server to fivetran server due to server issues on Fivetran side. Please review to develop a health status monitor or dashboard of MAR server and indicate any status changes when there is an error.

Thank you for raising this request and sharing the context from ticket 391522.
We understand the concern. When MAR uploads fail, it can be difficult to determine whether the issue is with the local hub, network connectivity, or Fivetran’s MAR ingestion service.
A MAR service health monitor or dashboard is a valid enhancement request and could help customers and Support troubleshoot these failures more quickly.
We have captured this feedback for review by Product and Engineering. While we cannot commit to a specific timeline, we will evaluate it alongside other reliability and observability improvements.
In the meantime, please continue to raise Support tickets for any MAR upload failures so our teams can investigate the cause.
