Adding a DV360 pre-built transformation that also rolls up into the ad_reporting transformation is a great idea, and something we could build out. The one blocker right now is that the DV360 connector doesn't provide the standard daily grain reports needed to build similar reporting for the Ad Reporting model. That said, there is the ability to create custom reports.

Are you currently using the custom reports feature? If so, which are most useful to you? That helps us understand which reports should ship by default in the connector and could then feed into the DV360 transformation.
