Worksheet and period_date level data to assist with CiQ report connections

Which connector?: Capivate IQ

 

Additional details: 

Referencing https://developers.captivateiq.com/reference/report_models_export_worksheet_create-1, we'd like to be able to directly export reports built on top of the Captivate IQ data model, instead of having to recreate them. The current export https://api.captivateiq.com/ciq/v1/report-models/{report_model_uuid}/records/export/ stops at the report_model_uuid level, and does not include the worksheet_uuid, and period_date which are needed for report exports.
