Additional details:

Could we please add both "GladlyAISessionsDetailReport" AND "GladlyAISessionsDetailWithMessagesReport" to the connector?

This is integral to Gladly customers as it contains all AI bot interactions which now represent the highest volume of conversations in Gladly as customers are becoming more AI centric.

    Hi Kelsey,
    Thank you for this request. We have added the GladlyAISessionsDetailReport and GladlyAISessionsDetailWithMessagesReport tables to our active backlog.
    We have confirmed that these endpoints are available in the Gladly Reports API and are reviewing what it would take to include them in the connector.
    I am curious to learn more about your use case — how are you currently using AI bot interaction data in Gladly?
    We will keep you updated on this thread as we make progress.

    Hi there,

    Right now, for those of us that use Gladly AI (Gladly's Native Chat Bot), we cannot get to channel level data about sessions because a conversation might contain many sessions each with a different channel.  In the conversation export and Gladly Sidekick export, conversations represent one row which will display channel for first and last, but not each individual session.
