API needed for managing notifications
Notifications have to be managed through the UI. This is not a great experience for operations teams that need to manage configuration as code.
All configurations available via the UI should also be available via a REST API.
Related to this, Terraform support for notifications would also be useful. I see there is partial Terraform support for configuration. Extending this to notifications would be very nice.
