We would like to request support for a custom connector/integration for CallMiner within Fivetran. The goal is to automate ingestion of conversation intelligence and analytics data from CallMiner into our centralized data warehouse for reporting, monitoring, QA analytics, sentiment analysis, operational insights, and downstream BI/dashboarding use cases.
Key requirements include:
- Incremental data sync support
- Access to conversation metadata, transcripts, sentiment scores, categories/tags, agent performance metrics, and interaction analytics
- Reliable scheduled refresh capability
- API-based authentication and secure ingestion
- Compatibility with modern cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift/Postgres)
This integration would help streamline analytics workflows and reduce the need for maintaining custom ingestion pipelines.
