SAP concur connector need to have comment at report and itemization level.

In Fivetran, we are currently receiving comments only at the expense level. We also require comments from the report and itemization levels.

In the existing solution, comments are available at the expense, report, and itemization levels. We need to replicate the same functionality in Fivetran as well.

    To help us better understand your needs, could you share more about your use case? Specifically, what challenges are you trying to address by having access to comments at the report and itemization levels?

    Hi Tom,

    There are a few downstream views created on the DWH tables and these views capture comments at the object level using UNION statements.

    The use case is that the report generated from these views provides comments at the report level, expense level and itemization level. This enables users to verify the approved amount at different levels along with the corresponding comments available for each level.

    From Fivetran, we are able to retrieve comments only at the expense level(Expese_comment), whereas comments at the report and itemization levels are also required.

    Our objective is to keep the existing reports/dashboards intact while migrating from the current solution to Fivetran. The challenge we are facing is achieving equivalent Concur data availability in Fivetran compared to the existing solution.
