Add configurable rollback sync window to DV360 connector

Which connector?: Google Display & Video 360 Connector

Additional details: The DV360 connector currently has a fixed rollback sync window. Please add a field to allow us to configure the window between 1 to 31 days, similar to the option available in the Google Campaign Manager 360 connector.
