Merge API missing from Salesforce Destination

The Salesforce Merge API is missing from the list of available endpoints. It is a standard endpoint available from Salesforce.
It would be good to have it for additional operations with Fivetran Activations to Salesforce.

Thanks so much for submitting this. Supporting Merge as a sync behaviour is something we want to do eventually, but there's no timeline yet.
