Connector Improvement: Add more tables to PandaDoc Lite Connector

Connector name: PandaDoc Lite Connector 

Table name: We need multiple document-related tables since the current ones do not provide field/variable-level document data. Additionally, because we only have a 'lite' connector for PandaDoc, it would be helpful to upgrade to a full-featured connector to sync all tables from the source.

Additional details: The Fivetran team can start with field/variable-level document data tables and then include other tables if this is a multi-step/phase process.
