Add configurable lookback windows to Amazon DSP connector to get accurate metrics

Currently, performance metrics like checkouts and leads are inaccurate for anyone with a lookback window other than 1 day from the Amazon DSP connector, because the connector only refreshes data going back 1 day. We have a 14 day lookback window set up, and I imagine most other advertisers have something similar. This is a big limitation with the connector, and makes it only reliable for spend and impression numbers.
