Gong transcripts incremental sync

Which connector?:

The gong connector.

Additional details:

Currently the Gong connector only supports complete re-importing of the transcripts table at a 1 month interval. Currently the API supports the parameters which would be required to support incremental syncing https://gong.app.gong.io/settings/api/documentation#post-/v2/calls/transcript.

A worst case 1 month delay for the transcripts table is a deal breaker for our use case.
