Which connector?: The Trade Desk

Additional details: Based on responses we have received from Fivetran Support, the existing connector for The Trade Desk does not support retrieving historical data for report templates. Please update the connector to retrieve historical data in the same way as other connectors.

    Hi Marc,

    Thanks for submitting this feature request.

    You're right that there's a gap: when the connector is set up, it creates a daily report schedule that only runs forward, so any template executions from before that date never get pulled.

    The plan we're considering is to have the connector also create a one-time historical schedule on initial sync and resync, using whatever you've picked in the Sync history setting (3, 6, 12, 24 months, or all time). We're also planning to widen the incremental window from 1 to 3 days, so late attribution updates get caught.

    I've logged this as a feature improvement and added it to our backlog. No timeline yet, but I'll follow up here when there's news.

    Thanks Luke. If you're adding a rollback sync window, please also add a field to allow us to configure the window duration. I've submitted a similar feature request for the DV360 connector. There are reporting use cases where we only want 1 day rollback, even if a longer interval is possible.

    Hi Luke,

    We have observed that the TTD connector currently creates report schedules with "International" format selected instead of "US" format. As a result, metric values are formatted with a comma (e.g. 12,34) instead of a decimal point (e.g. 12.34). When you add the historical sync, please allow us to select the format as "US".
