Allow system keys to register and HVR HUB

It appears that there isn't a resource type that allows us to register an HVR Hub using system keys. Merck would like to transition to using system keys only, and the ability to register Hubs is needed.

    We were looking at your feature request with engineering, and it was not clear exactly what it is you require to change. Can you be a bit more specific about what you are looking for? What would you like to see changed in the way HVR registrations currently work or maybe you have a specific case that requires. We can also setup a small meeting if that would make a difference.

    Hi Edwin, Team!

    Currently we are using User create API key to register a new HUB with Fivetran. The API key used belongs to a user. We would like to move to system key usage instead of user api key. As we understood this so far, it is not possible to use the intended API call using the system key. Our ask is to be able to make the call using a system key.
