Enabling European daylight savings timezone (DST) config

Managed Data Lake Service - AWS
Additional details:
It would be great if we could schedule jobs set in local time, instead of having to keep track of DST and manually update the scheduler.

We're adding this feature across all connections (cron-like scheduling) which would support TZs.
