Support Oracle Primary Key columns of unprecisioned type NUMBER

Which connector?: Oracle (Hybrid capable)
Additional details: Currently the connector requires NUMBER primary key types to have a decimal precision declared as part of the type. Oracle supports NUMBER primary keys without decimal precision. There must be a way to make the two of them work together.
