Gong connector: make re-import cadence configurable (currently fixed at weekly)

Additional details:
The Gong connector's re-import schedule for high-volume tables (CALL, ANSWERED_SCORECARD, MANUAL_CALL) is fixed at weekly and cannot be changed. For customers with large datasets, weekly re-imports routinely exceed Gong's API rate limits (10,000 req/day), causing cascading sync failures that can last multiple days.
Request: Allow customers to configure the re-import interval — e.g., bi-weekly or monthly — to better balance data freshness needs against API quota constraints.
Business impact: A configurable cadence would let us match re-import frequency to our actual Gong API capacity, preventing recurring outages. We observed 6 separate outage events in April 2026 alone, all caused by the fixed weekly re-import cycle exhausting the Gong API limit. Reference: Fivetran Support Ticket #374841.
