Add allocated_amount per invoice to Chargebee connector

Additional details:
Current implementation makes it impossible to determine the allocated amount per invoice, credit_note has allocated_amount but only the total. The allocated_amount within each item of the allocations array provides the level of detail we need. this array is already what creates the credit_note_invoice_allocation table.
