Activate Hybrid support for MSK Kafka Connector

Which Cloud Service Provider (CSP)?: AWS

Which connector is being used? (Specific product version / type): AWS MSK

Additional details: All of the Kafka connector currently support Hybrid deployment except AWS MSK. We're in need of AWS MSK Hybrid deployment. Can you please enable it ?

    Hi Samir, thank you for filing this request! What timeline are you looking for? Hybrid Deployment for AWS MSK is on our short term road map and I'll post here as soon as I have an update.

    This feature is very important for our organisation because we have a number of data sources that publish through our AWS MSK instance and we can't enable external access as per security policy. If we can't use Hybrid Deployment then we will have to consider tools other than Fivetran.

    We're looking to use it ASAP. We can wait few weeks but no longer than end of May.
