Resource Management by Smartsheet connector — missing `fixed_hours` column on ASSIGNMENT table

I'm using the Resource Management by Smartsheet connector and have identified what appears to be a schema gap: the `ASSIGNMENT` table is missing the `fixed_hours` field from the source API.
**Source API behavior**
The Resource Management Assignment object is polymorphic on `allocation_mode`, with one of three mode-specific fields populated per record:
- `allocation_mode = 'percent'` → `percent` field
- `allocation_mode = 'hours_per_day'` → `hours_per_day` field
- `allocation_mode = 'fixed'` → `fixed_hours` field
