This is Ryan Waldorf, one of the PMs at Fivetran. Could you provide a bit more context on this request? For instance, are you trying to avoid one-off syncs or scheduled syncs getting triggered during this time? Additionally, what problems are you seeing if we do try to sync during that time?

Databases have known maintenance windows. The maintenance window allows for database engine patching and/or O/S patching. We have alerting (e.g. hits someone's phone with a TXT) setup when a sync fails. It would be nice to be able to configure Fivetran to not attempt a sync during a known maintenance window thereby avoiding an alert that we cannot do anything about. Depending upon the database, the maintenance window can be weekly, monthly or quarterly. Obviously the weekly alerts are most annoying since they are more frequent.
